Faulty Items, incredibly slow shipping and poor customer service.

Delivery was well past the provided date - leaving us waiting for 2+ months to receive our order (for items listed as 'in stock').
Shower head and a shower stem were both cracked/broken and leaked badly when fitted.
When calling to speak about the order you would get passed around and not get any answers.
No surprises that the company has gone into liquidation.

They have ripped us off. We have not received the toilet we ordered. $179. Do not buy from them as they don't deliver. Told us they delivered but was returned due to damage by the couriers.

I ordered 3 items in september 2018.. I got 2 of 3 now, still haven't got one and they shut down without noticing.. This is the worst experience of online store. I don't know what to do

SCAMMM - Deleted their somain

Horrible experience since september 2018 waiting for the shower head to arrive!. Called no-one answered! Emailed them they said theyre dispatching it the next day now its been 1 month and at i emailed them back to find out that they have deleted their domain! No means of contact woth these guys THEYRE A BIG SCAM!

WARNING!!!!

Waiting on three orders....cant reach them by phone or email and their website has been taken down...grrrrrrrr...I will be reporting to consumer affairs but suspect we've done our $$$.

Directors should be imprisoned

Put the directors behind bars.
They took our monies knowing they were in bankruptcy this is a crime.
We lost $10,000 worth of bathroom items to fit out 4 bathrooms.
We will never buy online again due to this incident.

Con artist robbing people money online

I ordered a sink mixer in August 2018. They promised to dispatch in 1 week. Item still haven't in 2 months. I followed up, a reply received promised it will dispatch "next week". It never happened.
I emailed, got bounced back, the website was gone.
Did they do this on purposed from the start ?
So many people got robbed like this, is there any way, authority body that can stamp these operators out ?

Item not delivered

Received 2 out of 3 items. Beautiful taps, very happy. It is trying to get them to send me the 3rd item, my paid for waterfall bathroom spout. After numerous attempts to gain information and warning that I would be raising the issue with the National Watchdog I have not received mybWaterfall Spout. I tried emailing them as recent as today and the email bounced back to me as non-existent. I am renovating and forced to buy another bath spout. Over $70 down the drain

Product didn't arrive

Please do not purchase from this company. Products have not arrived (5 months and still waiting). Poor correspondace from the company and now their email account is deactivated.
No refund or reason given. We will be following up with consumer affairs in our state.

Bathroom Trade Shed is in liquidation - sadly there's no option for zero rating

Just been advised by the receivers that Bathroom Trade Shed is in liquidation as of 18 December 2018. Further information and a registration of your proof of debt should be sought from www.grantthornton.com.au - I was advised that I could expect zero action before at least March 2019 (realistically I'd expect very little and probably nothing at all). If you are waiting on a delivery to continue renovations or building currently in progress you should probably make alternative arrangements for your supplies. Happy New Year to us all (NOT!

Done my money by the looks

Bought a bath for $1000 27th Nov, they said it would arrive by now, I am in the middle of reno and plumber cannot proceed until I receive bath, now their website has gone down so no way of chasing, and now it looks as though I have to purchase another bath. Do not buy from these people!!

Company is in Liquidation!!!

I ordered products on line and paid with my credit card on 2 Dec 2018. Did not receive products. Have looked up company on ASIC website and they have an external administrator in place. Did a google search and found that on 18 December 2018 they were placed into liquidation! I also lodged a dispute with my bank to claim credit card refund. Good luck!

WARNING do not use the BATHROOM TRADE SHED

Product still waiting to be received from 18/8/2018,.Get no reply when emailing. Some Products finally arrived 14 weeks after there 7-8 week delivery promise. Had to end up buying products else where as we had trades people waiting to finish bathroom. Now trying to return products received, but not able to until we receive all products. If anybody has any advice would love to hear but now cant even find this company on line. Putting complain into Dept Fair Trading

Still Waiting and Extremely Frustrated

I bought over $2000 worth of products in early November last year, I received two mixer taps and that's it. I tried emailing but the email address isn't valid anymore and I don't have any other contact details. It appears they no longer exist.....fantastic, I'm about to get my bathroom renovated and I have nothing but a couple of taps to put in. I'm disgusted with this company
